Is alcohol included?

Due to Florida law and licensing requirements, Lemon Lane operates as a mobile dry bar. We provide everything except the alcohol. However, after our consultation and menu selection, we will provide you with a detailed shopping list with options for delivery to your venue.


Unlike traditional bar/catering services, the upside of this requirement is that you are able to keep any leftover alcohol or return most original-condition bottles, and you are not up-charged on your alcohol.

What size events can you handle?

We can handle events up to most any size. For large events, please book as soon as possible so we can ensure we have plenty of staffing options.


Are mocktails or other beverages an option if we do not want alcohol?

Absolutely! We can do mocktails, lemonades, coffee, hot chocolate, teas.... the options are endless.


How many bartenders are included in the packages?

It depends on the number of guests who will be in attendance. We ensure you are never understaffed!

Are you insured?

Yes!  We have general and liquor liability insurance.  Also, we check ID’s and are ServSafe certified. We are copy to provide your venue a copy of our COI to prove coverage.


Where are you located?

We are located in St. Pete, Florida. We proudly serve all of Tampa Bay and happily travel beyond! We love a good road trip! The first 30 miles, calculated both ways, are included. After that, we charge $2.20 per/mile. Anything exceeding a 3 hour drive will require a $250 lodging accommodation.

How soon should we book?

As soon as possible! Our calendar fills up fast, especially during season. A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract must be in place to secure a date. Please note that because we we block out your event date and time from further event bookings, we do not offer a retainer refund on cancellations.

Do you need electricity?

A 30-Amp outlet within 50 feet is ideal, as we require power for our lighting. If there is not an outlet available, we can provide a generator for $125.00.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 50% non-refundable initial payment to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days from event day. Any cancellations made 21-30 days from event date will receive a 50% refund of the final payment. Any cancellations made within 30 days of event date, forfeit the payment. However, you may reschedule your event up to 1 time at the discretion of Lemon Lane.

Can you move the mobile bar to a second location?

​Once set up and in place, the Shasta camper or mobile bars cannot be moved. We are able to provide a second mobile bar if 2 locations are needed for something like cocktail hour or a champagne toast.

What happens if it rains?

We know all to well that Florida's weather has a mind of it's own! In the event that rain or bad weather is predicted for an outdoor event, we are happy to work with your event rental company to find the appropriate size tent for our bar services. Please note that we do not provide refunds for weather. We will do everything in our power to provide a great bartending experience for your guests, despite the circumstances, but we love our staff too much to put them at risk when safety may be in question.

What areas do you service?

We serve all of greater Tampa Bay, including St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park as well as Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties. This also includes our neighbors in Dunedin, Tarpon, Safety Harbor, Bradenton, Ellenton, Sarasota, and Fort Myers. We love a good road trip and will be happy to meet you wherever you are! Please note that fees are charged for areas 30 miles (round trip) or more away from the 33710 area code.
